CHANGE OF MIND

We offer 20 day refunds on products, including returns on products if you simply change your mind. This is available on all full priced products and incorrect sized purchases. In order to qualify for the refund or store credit, items purchased must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, packaging).

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear bottoms and swim products are unable to be returned or exchangedIf you are unsure of your size, please get in touch via our online chat or email sales@awara.com.au and we will gladly help out. Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method. 

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, however we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement product if you have requested an exchange (excluding international).

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We are committed to honouring your rights under consumer laws. If your product is faulty or is different to the product you ordered, we will assist you to fix the problem. This may include a refund or replacement depending on the nature of the problem.
